Barbell Class Instructor: Zach Long DPT!

Zach Long is a Doctor of Physical Therapy at @OnwardCLT and better known as @TheBarbellPhysio. Zach is internationally known as a specialist in helping athletes improve their mobility and efficiency with barbell based movements! 

Zach's goal of the RCFC Barbell Club is to elevate your performance and skill set for Olympic lifts. The club will meet weekly to work on improving your mobility specific to the Olympic lifts, enhance your ability to hit proper positions, and ultimately move heavier weights.

The first of 8 weekly sessions will focus on the Snatch!

Each session will start with a warm-up tailored to that week’s lift. This will allow you to work on proper positioning. Then we will work through progressions of the lift to dial in your strength and technique. At then end of our 8 week session, you will have improved and safer form which will enable you to set new PRs!
